Green World Fertilizer ships products within South Africa only. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times vary depending on product size, order volume, and delivery location. Due to the weight and liquid nature of our products, certain size restrictions apply. 

Should you require products outside of South Africa, Please reach out on the contact us tag and we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

2. Shipping Options by Product Size

100 ml and 1 L Products

  • Shipped via trusted courier partners

  • Nationwide delivery available

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on location

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch

These sizes are suitable for door-to-door delivery and are ideal for trial or small-volume orders.

25 L Products (Bulk Units)

  • Due to weight and liquid handling requirements, 25 L units are not shipped via standard courier services

  • Available via:

    • Palletised freight

    • Collection from designated locations

    • Delivery to agents or bulk buyers by arrangement

Customers ordering 25 L products will be contacted to confirm freight options and costs before dispatch.

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

4. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to most urban and rural areas in South Africa

  • Delivery times may be longer for remote or outlying regions

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on product size, weight, delivery location, and courier availability

  • Bulk freight costs are quoted separately

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated clearly before dispatch

6. Damaged or Leaking Products

If your order arrives damaged or leaking:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • Do not dispose of the product until advised

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
