  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Any applicable shipping or freight costs are shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment is not received, details are incorrect, or stock is unavailable

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Smaller units (100 ml and 1 L) are shipped via courier

  • Bulk units (25 L) are shipped via palletised freight, collection, or arrangement only

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Green World Fertilizer is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Use of Products

Our products must be used according to recommended guidelines and crop protocols.

  • Users are responsible for correct application, dilution, and timing

  • Green World Fertilizer is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect application, or mixing with incompatible products

Always follow safe handling and agricultural best practices.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of liquid agricultural products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

  • Returns may be considered for unopened products only, subject to inspection

  • Damaged or leaking products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos

Any approved refunds will be processed according to our assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Green World Fertilizer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We do not accept responsibility for crop loss, yield reduction, or financial loss resulting from product use

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
